HSE Manager

At Paul, we are collaborating with a metallurgical group based in Pla de l'Estany that specializes in the design, manufacture, and marketing of industrial machinery for fluid processing. They are currently seeking an HSE Management Systems Manager. We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented, and autonomous person to lead a newly created department that will encompass current management systems and, in the short/medium term, implement environmental, health, and safety areas. The mission will be to ensure the maintenance, continuous improvement, and integration of existing and future management systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, information security, sustainability, and risk prevention.

· Maintain and improve ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 systems, updating documentation, controls, and records.

· Lead the implementation and integration of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 within the Integrated Management System.

· Plan internal audits, support external audits, and manage non-conformities and certifications.

· Manage the risk register and ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all areas.

· Promote a culture of quality, environment, information security, and occupational risk prevention, training staff.

· Define and monitor KPIs, preparing reports for Management Review.

· Ensure document management and information security, collaborating with IT on cybersecurity.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director and the General Management, your main responsibilities will be:

• You are a proactive person with initiative and a continuous improvement mindset.

• You hold a university degree and are a Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention.

• You have knowledge of ISO 9001, 27001, 14001, and 45001 standards.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in industrial HSE.

• You have strong communication, planning, and change management skills.

• You are fluent in Catalan and Spanish, with a good level of English.

Des de Paul Marlex, estem col·laborant amb una grup metal·lúrgic que disposa de la seva seu a Pla de l'Estany i que es dedica a dissenyar, fabricar i comercialitzar maquinària industrial pel processament de fluids. Actualment es troba en la cerca d'un/a Responsable de Sistemes de Gestió (HSQE). Busquem una persona proactiva, resolutiva i amb autonomia, per liderar un departament de nova creació que englobarà els sistemes de gestió actuals i implementarà a curt/mig termini els àmbits de medi ambient i seguretat i salut. La seva missió serà garantir el manteniment, la millora contínua i la integració dels sistemes de gestió existents i futurs, assegurant el compliment normatiu, la seguretat de la informació, la sostenibilitat i la prevenció de riscos.

· Mantenir i millorar els sistemes ISO 9001 i ISO 27001, actualitzant documentació, controls i registres.

· Liderar la implantació i integració de ISO 14001 i ISO 45001 dins del Sistema de Gestió Integrat.

· Planificar auditories internes, donar suport a les externes i gestionar no conformitats i certificacions.

· Gestionar el registre de riscos i assegurar el compliment legal i normatiu en totes les àrees.

· Impulsar la cultura de qualitat, medi ambient, seguretat de la informació i PRL, formant el personal.

· Definir i fer seguiment de KPIs, elaborant informes per a la Revisió per la Direcció.

· Garantir la gestió documental i la seguretat de la informació, col·laborant amb IT en ciberseguretat.

En dependència directa de la Direcció d'Operacions i la Direcció General, les teves principals funcions seran:

• Ets una persona proactiva, amb iniciativa i orientació a la millora contínua.

• Tens titulació universitària i com a Tècnic/a Superior en PRL.

• Disposes de coneixements de les ISO 9001, 27001, 14001 i 45001.

• Tens experiència mínima de 3 anys en HSQE industrial.

• Ets una persona amb bones habilitats de comunicació, planificació i gestió del canvi.

• Domines el català i castellà, i tens bon nivell d'anglès.

• Liderar un projecte estratègic i un departament de nova creació.

• Estabilitat laboral i recorregut professional.

• Treballar en un entorn industrial consolidat i col·laboratiu.

• Participació en la integració del Sistema de Gestió Integral.
