What will I have to do?

  • Being the spokesperson for the brand at the hotel, ensuring optimal implementation of the attributes, standards, and manuals that apply to your department, as well as ensuring their compliance in the rest of the areas, defining improvement plans when necessary.
  • Ensure the customer experience, personalizing their stay, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations.
  • Implementing the different guest experience management tools, as well as monitoring and analyzing the Voice of the Customer results, ensuring compliance with the set objectives and defining improvement plans when necessary.
  • Defining and implementing the digital guest experience during their stay according to the global strategy.
  • Managing guest incidents, following established protocols.
  • Adapting standards subject to local product customization.
  • Conducting negotiations with external suppliers, following established product guidelines.
  • Defining, developing, and implementing the hotel's Sensory Architecture strategy, regarding lighting, decoration, ambiance, and background music, ensuring its compliance in the different areas.
  • Approving material orders, following established product guidelines, for the best optimization of economic resources, ensuring optimal inventory control for your department.
  • Defining and implementing the Experience and/or Event Program strategy as applicable.
  • Managing and supervising the Guest Services / Concierge / Butler and Destination Concierge team (if applicable), ensuring efficient compliance with the standards and services established for the department to achieve final guest satisfaction.
  • Researching and analyzing information about the competition to maintain the hotel's positioning.
  • Researching and developing innovative experiences and services that keep the hotel at the forefront.
  • Coordinating, implementing, and analyzing the pilots determined in your area.

What are we looking for?

· University degree, preferably in Tourism or Hospitality, Marketing, or similar.

· Languages: Spanish and Advanced English. A third language is valued.

· Previous experience: 2 years in a similar position, preferably in a 4-star hotel.

· Knowledge of brand strategies, hotel management tools, and/or Guest Experience. Financial and hotel operations knowledge.

· Ability to lead and inspire a team, organization and planning, analytical skills, proactivity and innovation, excellent communication skills, high service vocation, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
