What will your mission be?

As a waiter/waitress, you will offer quality service to customers, ensuring their satisfaction through friendly, professional, and efficient attention, as well as ensuring the proper service of food and beverages at the establishment.

Functions

• Greet and attend to customers.

• Take food and beverage orders.

• Serve products according to the establishment's standards.

• Advise customers on the menu and promotions.

• Prepare and set up tables before and after service.

• Handle payments and issue invoices when necessary.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work areas.

• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.

Funciones

• Recibir y atender a los clientes.

• Tomar pedidos de comidas y bebidas.

• Asesorar a los clientes sobre la carta y las promociones.

• Preparar y acondicionar mesas antes y después del servicio.

• Gestionar cobros y emitir facturas cuando sea necesario.

• Mantener la limpieza y el orden de las zonas de trabajo.

• Colaborar con cocina y otros departamentos para garantizar un servicio fluido.
