What you'll do

HR Area:

  1. Support with posting job openings, screening and sorting.
  2. Attending selection interviews as an observer and analyzing them.
  3. Organizing and attending, as an observer, the training sessions delivered by the Talent Manager.
  4. Attending one or more follow-up interviews for ongoing Development Plans.
  5. Support with the recruitment and selection of interns.

Labor Relations Area:

  1. Hiring and types of contracts.
  2. Payroll and payroll closing.
  3. End of employment relationship: voluntary resignation, dismissal, contract end, leave of absence...
  4. Support with the internal SAP / SuccessFactors system: onboarding and offboarding of new employees. Updating employee data: vacations, sick leave, work accident reports...

  • University education in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology...
