What you'll do
HR Area:
- Support in publishing job offers, screening, and classification.
- Attendance at selection interviews as an observer and analysis of them.
- Organization and attendance as an observer at training sessions delivered by the Talent Manager.
- Attendance at one or more follow-up interviews for ongoing Development Plans.
- Support in the recruitment and selection of internship students.
Labor Relations Area:
- Contracts and types of contracts.
- Payroll and payroll closing.
- End of employment relationship: voluntary resignation, dismissal, contract termination, leave of absence...
- Support in the use of the internal SAP system / Success Factors: New hires and terminations of new employees. Updating employee data: vacations, sick leave, occupational accident reports...
