To keep our kitchens in perfect condition, we are looking for Dishwashers who are committed, responsible, and detail-oriented, and who play an essential role in our culinary team.  

Job Mission:  
You will be responsible for keeping the kitchens clean and tidy, ensuring that equipment and utensils are always ready for use, contributing to the efficient operation of the culinary team and compliance with the hotel's luxury standards.  

What will you have to do?

- Wash and disinfect kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware used during service.  
- Clean and maintain work areas in optimal condition, including sinks, floors, shelving and kitchen equipment.  
- Manage waste properly and ensure compliance with the hotel's recycling and sustainability procedures.   - Assist in the storage of utensils and equipment, ensuring their organization and availability for the kitchen team.  
- Inspect and ensure the good condition of assigned cleaning tools and equipment.  
- Support the kitchen team with simple tasks according to operational needs.  
- Comply with the hygiene and food safety standards established by the hotel.  

What are we looking for?

- Previous experience in a similar position will be valued, especially in high-end hotels or restaurants.  
- A responsible, organized person with the ability to work as part of a team.  
- Proactive, with attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and order.   - Ability to perform physical tasks and work in dynamic environments.  
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.  
- Not required, although basic knowledge of Spanish or English will be valued.  

REMEMBER: Before submitting your application, you must inform your direct supervisor and/or Hotel Director, as well as your Human Resources manager, of your interest in participating in the internal selection process. Para mantener nuestras cocinas en perfectas condiciones, buscamos Fregadores/as comprometidos, responsables y con atención al detalle, quienes desempeñen un papel esencial en nuestro equipo culinario.  

Misión del Puesto:  
Serás responsable de mantener la limpieza y el orden en las cocinas, asegurando que el equipo y los utensilios estén siempre listos para su uso, contribuyendo al funcionamiento eficiente del equipo culinario y al cumplimiento de los estándares de lujo del hotel.  

¿Qué tendrás que hacer?

- Lavar y desinfectar los utensilios de cocina, vajilla, cubertería y cristalería utilizados durante el servicio.  
- Limpiar y mantener en óptimas condiciones las áreas de trabajo, incluyendo fregaderos, suelos, estanterías y equipos de cocina.  
- Gestionar adecuadamente los residuos y asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de reciclaje y sostenibilidad del hotel.   - Colaborar en el almacenamiento de utensilios y equipo, asegurando su organización y disponibilidad para el equipo de cocina.  
- Revisar y garantizar el buen estado de las herramientas y equipos de limpieza asignados.  
- Apoyar al equipo de cocina en tareas sencillas según las necesidades operativas.  
- Cumplir con las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria establecidas por el hotel.  

¿Qué buscamos?

- Se valorará experiencia previa en un puesto similar, especialmente en hoteles o restaurantes de alta categoría.  
- Persona responsable, organizada y con capacidad para trabajar en equipo.  
- Proactiva, con atención al detalle y compromiso con la limpieza y el orden.   - Capacidad para realizar tareas físicas y trabajar en entornos dinámicos.  
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, incluidos fines de semana y festivos.  
- No se requiere, aunque se valorará conocimiento básico de español o inglés.  

RECUERDA: Antes de presentar tu candidatura, deberás informar de tu interés por participar en el proceso de selección interno a tu responsable directo y/o Director/a de Hotel, y tu responsable de Recursos Humanos.
