Automotive Painter - Terrassa

We are looking to hire anAutomotive Painter to join our bodywork and paint team, contributing directly to guaranteeing maximum quality finishes and the satisfaction of our customers, located in Terrassa.

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for repairing vehicles, delivering quality consistent with the image the company conveys to its customers.

• Surface Preparation: Clean and degrease vehicle surfaces. Sand and smooth surfaces to remove imperfections. Apply filler and other filling products to repair bodywork damage. Mask and protect areas that are not to be painted. Selection and

• Paint Mixing: Choose the correct colors according to manufacturer specifications and customer needs. Mix paints and chemicals to obtain the desired color and consistency.

• Paint Application: Apply primers and base coats using spray guns and other specialized equipment. Apply finish paint coats, ensuring uniform coverage without defects. Apply varnishes and other protective coatings to ensure paint durability.

• Paint Repair: Identify and repair paint defects, such as bubbles, stains, or discolored areas. Polish and buff painted surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish.

• Maintenance of Tools and Equipment: Clean and maintain spray guns and other equipment after use. Ensure that the work area is tidy and free of dust and contaminants that could affect the quality of the work.

• Compliance with Safety Regulations: Use personal protective equipment, such as masks, gloves, and safety goggles.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a painter in a workshop or dealership.

• Good interpersonal skills, person focused on quality at work.
