About the role

We are currently looking for a Finance Administrative Assistant for the financial Hub (6-month temporary position) to join our offices in Madrid, located in Coslada.

The Finance Administrative Assistant for the Hub will support financial operations by handling administrative tasks related to Disbursement Accounts (DAs). This role focuses on controlling accounts for key clients, coordinating with sub-agents, and monitoring receivables and payments according to agency agreements. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, timely cash movements, and effective communication with internal stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Disbursement Account Control: Manage and monitor accounts related to DAs, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Receivables Monitoring: Track incoming funds from clients according to agency agreements and send periodic account statements to clients.
  • Payables Coordination: Coordinate with sub-agents to manage fund transfers, monthly balance payments, and ensure timely settlement of obligations.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and accessible.

What we're looking for

  • The profile corresponds to a person with a Higher Level Training Cycle (CFGS) or a Degree in Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in an Administration and/or Finance department.
  • Good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Languages: Intermediate English, both written and spoken – contact with international suppliers and clients via email or phone.
  • Proactive and organized person.
  • Committed person.
