Electromechanical Technician for Industrial Machinery Maintenance

We are looking to hire an Industrial Electromechanical Technician with a versatile technical profile to join one of our partner companies.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of machinery, automated production lines, and industrial systems through diagnostic, repair, and maintenance tasks.

• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of electromechanical faults in industrial equipment.

• Performance of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.

• Interpretation of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic drawings.

• Adjustment, assembly, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Basic configuration of variable frequency drives, soft starters, and PLCs.

• Supervision of the proper operation of sensors, actuators, and automated systems.

• Intervention in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

• Logging of incidents and tasks in CMMS / ERP systems.

• Strict application of industrial safety protocols (H&S and LOTO).

• In-depth understanding of alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC).

• Interpretation of industrial electrical schematics.

• Handling of contactors, relays, transformers, and protection devices.

• Connection and maintenance of three-phase and single-phase electric motors.

• Configuration of variable frequency drives.

• Use of instruments: multimeter, clamp meter, and oscilloscope.

• Assembly and maintenance of transmission systems (gears, pulleys, belts, chains...).

• Handling of bearings and bushings.

• Use of precision measuring tools.

• Basic machining (drill press, lathe, manual milling machine).

• Knowledge of welding (stick, MIG/MAG, TIG).

• PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron): diagnosis, adjustments, and basic programming.

• Handling of HMI interfaces and SCADA systems.

• Diagnosis of pneumatic circuits (valves, cylinders, FRL units).

• Knowledge of hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, accumulators).

• Experience with CMMS / ERP (SAP or others).

• Logging of incidents, spare parts, and intervention times.

• Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP).

• Knowledge of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures for equipment isolation.

Vocational Training in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, or a related field.

Previous experience in an industrial environment

La persona seleccionada se encargará de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de maquinaria, líneas de producción automatizadas y sistemas industriales mediante labores de diagnóstico, reparación y mantenimiento.

• Diagnóstico y resolución de averías electromecánicas en equipos industriales.

• Ejecución de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo.

• Interpretación de planos eléctricos, mecánicos y neumáticos.

• Ajuste, montaje y reparación de sistemas mecánicos y eléctricos.

• Configuración básica de variadores de frecuencia, arrancadores suaves y PLCs.

• Supervisión del correcto funcionamiento de sensores, actuadores y sistemas automáticos.

• Intervención en sistemas neumáticos e hidráulicos.

• Registro de incidencias y tareas en sistemas GMAO / ERP.

• Aplicación estricta de protocolos de seguridad industrial (PRL y LOTO).

• Configuración de sensores (inductivos, capacitivos, ópticos...).

• Manejo de interfaces HMI y sistemas SCADA.

• Diagnóstico de circuitos neumáticos (válvulas, cilindros, FRL).

• Conocimiento de sistemas hidráulicos (bombas, válvulas, acumuladores).

• Experiencia con GMAO / ERP (SAP u otros).

• Registro de incidencias, repuestos y tiempos de intervención.

• Formación en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL).

• Conocimientos en LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) para consignación de equipos.

• Compromiso con las normas de seguridad industrial.

Formación Profesional en Mantenimiento Industrial, Electromecánica o similar.

Experiencia previa en entorno industrial

Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y resolución de problemas.

Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos de mañana y tarde.
