A well-known company located in Mercabarna, Barcelona, is looking to add a Maintenance Technician to its team who wants to contribute their talent and grow professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on-site at facilities that are key to the company's operations. Your day-to-day will be full of technical challenges, from preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and facilities to diagnosing and resolving breakdowns. You will work closely with the technical team, ensuring that equipment and systems operate optimally.

Functions:

Responsibilities include:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and facilities.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in equipment and systems.

- Interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation to ensure efficient work.

- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the correct functioning of the facilities.

- Perform periodic testing on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.

- Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and propose solutions.

- Supervise the general state of the facilities and report possible incidents.

We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:

Training in Electricity, Electronics, or similar.

Basic knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics.

Analytical skills and ability to resolve technical issues, with a willingness to receive specific training.

Good level of reading and interpreting electrical diagrams.

Previous experience in similar roles within the maintenance area.

Effective communication skills and teamwork.
