University degree in Electrical Engineering or Mining Engineering with an electrical specialization.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in underground electrical maintenance.
Experience with medium and low voltage systems, industrial automation (PLC/SCADA), and team leadership.
Solid knowledge of electrical installations in underground mining and ATEX/IECEx regulations.
Proficiency in SAP PM.
Knowledge of instrumentation and automation systems.
Training in leadership and team management.
Knowledge of energy efficiency and applicable regulations.
Safety-oriented mindset, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
Excellent planning, prioritization, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.

🎯 What will your mission be?

Coordinate and supervise all underground electrical maintenance activities, ensuring the reliability and safety of electrical systems and installations. You will manage resources, implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

What you'll do

🔧 Your main responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance of underground installations.
Supervise medium and low voltage electrical systems, substations, and electrical equipment specific to underground environments.
Manage and supervise explosion-proof equipment, drives, PLC/SCADA systems, hoist machinery control, pumps, ventilation, and communication systems.
Ensure compliance with ATEX/IECEx regulations and standards applicable to underground electrical installations.
Manage work orders through SAP PM, ensuring proper traceability, activity control, and backlog management.
Coordinate regulatory inspections of electrical installations.
Implement monitoring and diagnostic techniques, such as thermography and insulation testing, to improve equipment reliability.
Monitor energy consumption and promote optimization and efficiency measures.
Ensure the availability of critical electrical spare parts and components.
Lead, train, and evaluate the team in technical, safety, and environmental matters.
Participate in the planning and execution of shutdowns together with the Operations and Planning teams.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention and industrial hygiene standards.
