Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant - OCA Global Internal Team

At OCA Global, an international leader in inspection, testing, certification and consulting, we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant with advanced experience in declarative architecture to join our team. You will lead the functional evolution and architecture of our Salesforce platform. Your goal will be to define the data model strategy, implement advanced record security, lead the profile migration and manage our complex ecosystem of flows, working hand in hand with the development team and the Technical Architect.

• Consolidated experience (approx. 5 years, although we value your architectural maturity and real knowledge more than the number of years) in highly complex Salesforce projects.

• Advanced Security and Visibility: Mastery of the role hierarchy, Sharing Settings (Org-Wide Defaults) and Sharing Rules. Demonstrable experience migrating Profiles to Permission Sets.

• Data Architecture: Deep mastery of object relationships, with a thorough understanding of the technical implications and limitations (e.g., differences between Lookup and Master-Detail, and their restrictions on standard objects).

• Complex Automation: Expert level in creating and maintaining complex Flows (Screen and Triggered). Solid technical judgment to decide, following best practices, when to resolve a process with a Flow and when to delegate it to code (Apex Triggers) due to performance or platform limits.

• Modern User Experience (UI): Mastery of the Lightning App Builder, with experience managing and publishing fields using Flexipages and Dynamic Forms.

• Advanced Analytics: Experience configuring Custom Report Types to cross-reference complex data from multiple objects.

• Location: Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) from our headquarters in Sant Cugat del Vallès.

• Knowledge of configuring Duplication Rules to ensure data quality.

• Complete mastery of transactional and interface limits in Salesforce (for example, field limitations in Compact Layouts).

• We do not require official certifications or English; we are looking for a functional reference who demonstrates their expertise by solving real cases.

• Job stability: Permanent contract and full-time from day one.

• Flexible schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Fridays, days before holidays, and July and August from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Liderarás a nivel funcional la evolución y arquitectura de nuestra plataforma Salesforce. Tu objetivo será definir la estrategia del modelo de datos, implementar la seguridad avanzada de los registros, liderar la migración de perfiles y gestionar nuestro complejo ecosistema de flujos, trabajando mano a mano con el equipo de desarrollo y el Arquitecto técnico.

• Experiencia consolidada (aprox. 5 años, aunque valoramos tu madurez arquitectónica y conocimientos reales por encima de los años) en proyectos Salesforce de alta complejidad.

• Seguridad y Visibilidad Avanzada: Dominio de la jerarquía de roles, Sharing Settings (Org-Wide Defaults) y Sharing Rules. Experiencia demostrable migrando Perfiles a Permission Sets.

• Arquitectura de Datos: Dominio profundo de las relaciones de objetos, conociendo a la perfección las implicaciones y limitaciones técnicas (ej: diferencias entre Lookup y Master-Detail, y sus restricciones en objetos estándar).

• Automatización Compleja: Nivel experto en creación y mantenimiento de Flows complejos (Screen y Triggered). Criterio técnico sólido para decidir mediante mejores prácticas cuándo resolver un proceso por Flujo y cuándo delegarlo a código (Apex Triggers) por rendimiento o límites de la plataforma.

• Experiencia de Usuario (UI) Moderna: Dominio del Lightning App Builder, con experiencia gestionando y publicando campos mediante Flexipages y Dynamic Forms (Formularios Dinámicos).

• Analítica Avanzada: Experiencia configurando Custom Report Types para cruzar datos complejos de múltiples objetos.

• Ubicación: Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad híbrida (3 días en oficina, 2 en remoto) desde nuestra sede en Sant Cugat del Vallès.

• Conocimientos en la configuración de Duplication Rules para asegurar la calidad del dato.
