We are not looking for a "resource" for a ticket; we are looking for a Salesforce Developer with a Builder mindset who wants to lead the evolution of our platform globally.

What you'll do

Your mission as a Salesforce Developer will be to ensure technical excellence and scalability of our instance:

  • Lead Programmatic Development: Design and maintain complex logic in Apex (Triggers, Controllers, Batch) and create modern interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve the operations of our divisions.

  • Connect the Heart of OCA: Build and optimize API integrations (REST/JSON) with our Core and ERP systems, ensuring flawless information flow.

  • Architecture and Technical Health: Perform code audits and refactoring to reduce inherited technical debt, implementing best practices and design patterns (fflib).

  • No-Code First Culture: Collaborate with the functional team to decide when to use Flow Builder and when code is necessary, always seeking the most efficient solution.

What we're looking for

  • Experience: At least 2 years as a Salesforce Developer in complex environments.

  • Technical Stack: Mastery of Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. You will feel right at home if you have experience with CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, Jenkins, or similar).

  • Hybrid Skills: Although you are "pro-code," you have the ability to configure advanced flows when the business requires it.

  • Attitude: A problem-solving mindset to diagnose issues and propose clean architecture solutions.
