What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Energy Manager to join our Málaga team and help us keep revolutionizing the energy sector. If you have experience in customer service, are motivated to work in a dynamic environment, and are passionate about sustainability, this is your opportunity.

What you'll do

  • Speak with customers by phone and email to resolve their questions.
  • Working in Operations, you will be the heart of the company, your main goal will be to help customers.
  • You will have full responsibility for the matters that come your way, resolving customer questions in any area of the energy sector. We do not pass calls around so that customers go crazy talking to different people every time.
  • You will be trained to resolve any issue that comes up.
  • Expect the unexpected. Every day you will learn new things. You will be asked different questions that you may not know... luckily you will work with an incredible team that will always be by your side to help and train you so you become an even better professional and provide better service to customers.

What you'll get

  • 📍 Location: Málaga.

. We have different schedules so you can find the one that best suits you:

🟣 

Flexible schedule

: work between Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (choosing at least two of these days) and agree on your schedule with your team in advance.

Standard schedule

: full-time from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
