Solar Photovoltaic and Aerothermal Heat Installer

to join our technical team in Madrid (Getafe). If you are passionate about renewable energy, have hands-on experience in electrical installations and want to work for a company with an innovative and sustainable approach, this opportunity is for you!

We are looking for someone committed, proactive and detail-oriented, who enjoys working outdoors, with the ability to solve problems on site and deliver quality to every project. We value teamwork, a solution-focused attitude and commitment to the customer.

What you'll do

  • Assist in the assembly of solar photovoltaic installations in single-family homes, residential communities, industrial facilities and solar plants.
  • Take part in the electrical installation of systems: inverters, regulators, electrical protections, batteries, switchboards and wiring in alternating and direct current.
  • Carry out the commissioning of the installation and the connection of the panels according to the technical configuration of the project.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in every installation.
  • Work as a team with other installers, engineers and project managers to ensure efficient execution and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate in the installation and verification of aerothermal heat systems in residential or industrial settings, when required.
  • Report any issues or improvements detected during assembly that could optimize processes or design.

How you'll work

  • 📍 Location: Getafe.
  • ⏳ Working hours: Full time (40h).
  • 🗣️ Required languages: Fluent Spanish.

🎯 What do you need to shine in this role?

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (installation of photovoltaic and aerothermal heat systems)
  • Vocational training in Electricity and Electronics (Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training).
  • Previous experience working outdoors and in preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • 20-hour PRL course (Metal/Construction Agreement).
  • Course in working at height (minimum 6 hours of theory and practice).
  • PRL for electrical work in high and low voltage.
