• Experience minimum of 2 years in a similar role (installation of photovoltaic and aerothermal systems)
• Vocational training in Electricity and Electronics (Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training).
• Previous experience working outdoors and in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• 20-hour H&S course (Construction/Metal Industry Agreement).
• Working at height course (minimum 6 hours of theory and practice).
• H&S training for electrical work on high and low voltage.
• Basic knowledge of photovoltaic solar systems, reading electrical plans, and applicable regulations.

🔍 What are we looking for?

At Octopus Energy, we are looking for a Solar Photovoltaic and Aerothermal Energy Installer to join our technical team in Madrid (Getafe). If you are passionate about renewable energy, have hands-on experience in electrical installations, and want to work for a company with an innovative and sustainable approach, this opportunity is for you!

We want someone committed, proactive, and detail-oriented, who enjoys working outdoors, with the ability to solve problems on site and deliver quality to every project. We value teamwork, a solution-driven attitude, and commitment to the customer.

• Collaborate in the assembly of photovoltaic solar installations for single-family homes, residential communities, industrial installations, and solar plants.
• Participate in the electrical installation of systems: inverters, regulators, electrical protections, batteries, panels, and wiring for both AC and DC.
• Carry out the commissioning of the installation and connection of the panels according to the technical configuration of the project.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in every installation.
• Work as a team with other installers, engineers, and project managers to ensure effective execution and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate in the installation and verification of aerothermal systems in residential or industrial settings, as required.
• Report any issues or improvements detected during assembly that could optimize processes or design.
