What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Energy Manager to join our Madrid team and help us keep revolutionizing the energy sector. If you have experience in customer service, are motivated by working in a dynamic environment and are passionate about sustainability, this is your opportunity.

What you'll do

  • Talk to customers by phone and email to resolve their questions.
  • Working in Operations, you will be the heart of the company: your main goal will be to help customers.
  • You will have full responsibility for the matters that come your way, resolving customer questions in any area of the energy sector. We do not pass calls around so that customers go crazy talking to different people every time. You will be trained to resolve any issue that comes up.
  • Expect the unexpected. Every day you will learn new things. You will be asked different questions that you may not know... luckily you will work with an incredible team that will always be by your side to help and train you so that you become a better professional and provide better service to customers.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in customer service (at least 1 year in phone support or similar).
  •  A customer-focused approach, with patience and empathy.
  •  Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

How you'll work

We have different schedules so you can find the one that best suits you:

Flexible schedule

: work between Friday, Saturday and Sunday (choosing at least two of these days) and agree your schedule with your team in advance.

Standard schedule

: full-time from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
