Technical Assistance Service (SAT) Specialist in Photovoltaics

to join our

Maintenance and SAT

What you'll do

  • You will manage and carry out Technical Assistance Service activities, ensuring fast and high-quality support.
  • You will diagnose and resolve technical issues in photovoltaic installations, including communications, inverters, wiring, protections and integration with other systems.
  • You will provide technical support to installers and field technicians, ensuring that execution meets quality and safety standards.
  • You will perform corrective and preventive maintenance on installed solar systems.
  • You will coordinate the escalation of complex issues with manufacturers, distributors or other internal teams.
  • You will record and document all incidents, actions and results in ticketing tools and ERPs.
  • You will collaborate with the engineering team to identify patterns, propose solutions and improve technical and operational processes.
  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the SAT service, taking part in defining procedures, best practices and standards.
  • You will prepare service performance and quality reports, identifying opportunities for optimization.

What will you need to shine in this role? ⭐️

  • Demonstrable experience in SAT, maintenance or technical support, preferably in photovoltaics or renewable energy.
  • Solid knowledge of photovoltaic solar systems: inverters, communications, protections, structures, monitoring and fault diagnosis.
  • Ability to solve technical problems quickly, in a structured and customer-oriented way.
  • Clear communication skills, with both customers and installers and internal teams.
  • Organization, autonomy and the ability to manage multiple issues in parallel.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical regulations and safety requirements in PV installations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, with a proactive attitude and service orientation.
