Palace for Life Foundation

The Palace for Life Foundation is the official charity of Crystal Palace FC, operating from Selhurst Park in London. It supports more than 18,000 young South Londoners each year through sport, mentoring, and education, with a focus on boosting employment, reducing youth violence, improving mental health, and broadening participation. The foundation employs over 50 full-time staff and more than 70 sessional coaches, delivering courses in football development, disability sport, employability, and one-to-one mentoring.

The foundation's work is centered in South London, with its registered office at Selhurst Park. It offers a range of roles including community engagement coaching, physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, and marketing and communications.
