What you'll do

Your main duties will be:

Handle customer complaints and claims and try to resolve them as diligently as possible.

Ensure, within our possibilities, maximum customer satisfaction during their stay, in constant communication with the Guest Service department.

Carrying out and complying with check-in and check-out schedules in coordination with the Housekeeping department.

Have knowledge of the hotel facilities and the destination of Madrid in order to properly inform the customer.

Participate in regular front desk department meetings.

Promote internal communication and the use of the communication channels established by the company (bulletin boards, suggestion box, meetings).

Know and comply with established internal rules and, in any case, act in accordance with the instructions received from superiors and professional knowledge of the trade.

Profile requirements:

To be a good fit, you should bring:

Training related to tourism or similar.

Advanced level of English

Minimum experience in the position.

A third language is valued.

Customer focus.

Active listening and teamwork.

Availability and flexible working hours (rotating shifts).

What you'll do

Tus principales funciones serán:

Atender las quejas y reclamaciones de los clientes y tratar de solucionarlos con la mayor diligencia.

Asegurar, dentro de nuestras posibilidades, la máxima satisfacción del cliente durante su estancia, en constante comunicación con el departamento de Guest Service.

Realización y cumplimiento de los horarios de check/in y check/out en coordinación con el departamento de Pisos.

Tener conocimientos de las instalaciones del hotel y del destino de Madrid para poder informar de manera adecuada al cliente.

Participar en reuniones periódicas de departamento de recepción.

Promover la comunicación interna y el uso de los canales de comunicación establecidos por la empresa (tablones, buzón de sugerencias, reuniones).

Conocer y cumplir las normas internas establecidas y, en cualquier caso, actuar conforme a las instrucciones recibidas de sus superiores y el conocimiento profesional del oficio.
