Your mission will be to collaborate in the definition, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of corporate commercial processes, procedures, and standards, ensuring the correct application of commercial policies, data quality, and alignment among the various areas involved in commercial activity. To this end, you will act as a functional liaison between Commercial, Operations, Systems, Data, and IT teams, contributing to the correct execution of transformation and improvement projects and initiatives.

The position will be responsible for driving the governance of corporate commercial processes, supporting the evolution of tools, procedures, and working models that allow for more efficient, homogeneous, and data-driven management. Additionally, you will contribute to the optimization of hotel distribution, contracting, commercial reporting, and the adoption of technological solutions such as Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools, favoring decision-making based on reliable information and strengthening the commercial excellence of Palladium Hotel Group.

Main Functions and Tasks of the Position:

Collaborate in the definition, implementation, documentation, and monitoring of corporate commercial processes, ensuring the homogeneity of criteria, standards, and best practices among regions, brands, and business units.
Participate in continuous improvement, transformation, and optimization projects of commercial processes, identifying improvement opportunities, deviations, and incidents, and coordinating the implementation of corrective actions with the involved areas.
Provide support in commercial processes associated with hotel openings and go-to-market activities, monitoring milestones, commercial structures, racks, contracting conditions, contractual templates, and corporate guidelines.
Ensure the correct application of corporate commercial policies, including margin structures, cancellation policies, commercial conditions, segmentation, and contracting criteria.
Guarantee the quality, traceability, and consistency of commercial data, performing periodic controls, information reviews, and identifying inconsistencies or areas for improvement.
Act as a functional liaison between commercial areas, Systems, Data, IT, and Operations, channeling needs, incidents, functional requirements, and ensuring the correct execution of processes.
Manage the functional support and evolution of commercial and reporting tools, participating in the definition of requirements, validation of functionalities, implementations, and monitoring of developments.
Drive the adoption and correct use of Salesforce Sales and associated commercial tools, providing first-level support, monitoring usage, improving processes, and maintaining functional documentation.
Collaborate in the exploitation and monitoring of commercial information through reports, dashboards, and business metrics, supporting Business Intelligence initiatives, commercial analytics, pipeline, campaigns, and commercial activity.
Prepare and keep up-to-date procedures, manuals, support materials, and training actions, facilitating communication.
