Your mission will be to provide functional and operational support to internal users and suppliers, ensuring the proper tracking and resolution of inquiries and issues related to purchasing processes and tools. Main Functions and Tasks of the Position:

Manage and resolve user tickets related to purchasing tools and processes.
Participate in area projects as a key user of the process.
Resolve basic inquiries related to processes, access, request statuses, or known issues.
Ensure proper categorization, prioritization, and traceability of received requests.
Provide functional operational support to internal purchasing users, hotels, and related areas.
Conduct basic operational training for new or existing users on standard tools and processes in both in-person and online formats.
Identify recurring issues and report them for structural analysis and process improvement.
Escalate complex issues to IT, maintaining follow-up until resolution.
Document frequent operational solutions to improve team autonomy and reduce recurrence.

Perform operational onboarding of suppliers in Europe in coordination with the area's strategy.
Monitor the supplier lifecycle, from approval to billing status and payments.
Support the creation or updating of frequently asked questions guides and support documentation.
Collaborate in administrative or operational tasks of the support area when necessary.
Support the Master Data Advisor function.
