About the role

At Palladium Hotel Group we are looking for an Accounting Manager, a financial profile with strategic vision, analytical orientation and solid cross-functional coordination skills, capable of ensuring the correct management, control and evolution of our Loyalty programs in an international and constantly growing environment.

Your mission will be to lead the financial, accounting and administrative oversight of Palladium Hotel Group's Loyalty programs, ensuring their traceability, consistency and correct economic representation. To do so, you will act as the link between the Loyalty area and the Administration and Finance teams, ensuring the proper application of accounting, tax and internal control criteria, as well as alignment between the different areas involved.

The position will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of financial information related to loyalty programs, driving control, monitoring and continuous improvement processes that contribute to the organization's transparency, efficiency and compliance. In addition, it will actively participate in the optimization of administrative procedures and information systems, promoting decision-making based on reliable data and reinforcing the financial and operational strength of Palladium Hotel Group.

What you'll do

  • Review and completion of the month-end close.
  • Maintenance of reports defined by the corporate office.
  • Management and monitoring of accounts receivable and payable with hotels, keeping intercompany reconciliations up to date.
  • Participation in internal and external audits.
  • Verification that all management fees are calculated and invoiced in accordance with the different signed HMAs.

  • Ensure accounting, tax and commercial compliance of the Loyalty programs.
  • Assess the associated risks of the Loyalty programs, both from the management perspective and from the hotel perspective.
  • Act as a Key User for Salesforce.
  • Ensure the integrity of the Loyalty systems (Salesforce), from their traceability with the hotels' PMS to their accounting reflection in SAP.

Profile requirements:

Academic background

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management (ADE) or related disciplines.
  • Postgraduate education, master's degrees or specialization programs in financial, accounting or tax areas will be valued.

Professional experience

  • Between 2 and 3 years of experience in top-tier audit or consulting firms (Big Four).
  • Between 2 and 3 years of experience in positions related to financial accounting, auditing, financial control or economic management.
  • Previous experience in managing or supervising loyalty programs or business models with similar financial impact will be valued.
  • Experience in multinational companies or international environments is a plus.

Technical skills

  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
