What you'll do

You will be part of the Administration and Finance Area, working in coordination with local and international Global Risks teams. Among your main responsibilities will be:

  • Recording and posting of basic and recurring accounting transactions.
  • Administrative management of invoicing: issuance, receipt, and control of invoices.
  • Control of expenses, income, and support in budget monitoring.
  • Management of the entity's collections and payments, and support in treasury control and planning.
  • Performance of bank reconciliations and interaction with financial institutions.
  • Support in monthly and annual accounting closings.
  • Preparation and updating of administrative and financial documentation.
  • Filing and custody of accounting and tax documentation.
  • Support in the preparation of periodic economic reports.
  • Support in the preparation of periodic tax returns.
  • Collaboration with external advisors, audit, and other departments.

What we're looking for

  • Training in Administration and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and Management, or similar (Higher Level Training Cycle or university degree valued).
  • Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in technical or administrative positions in the financial area.
  • Experience in treasury, accounting, invoicing, and/or administrative-financial tasks is valued.
  • Basic accounting and accounting principles.
  • Basic taxation (VAT, withholdings, personal income tax).
  • Proficiency in Excel at an advanced user level
  • Knowledge and use of SAP AP S/4HANA, SAP-FI and SAP SD modules
  • General administrative knowledge and document management.
