We are looking for a customer-oriented Driver to join a company in the maritime and logistics sector located in the Port of Barcelona, for passenger transport. If you are a proactive, autonomous person with excellent communication skills, this opportunity is for you.

We are seeking someone capable of efficiently managing communication with clients and suppliers, with the initiative to resolve incidents and the organizational capacity to self-manage their daily routine.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Drive according to service needs, complying with regulations and maintaining a professional attitude at all times.

• Act as the main point of contact between the company, clients, and suppliers, ensuring clear and effective communication.

• Manage assigned services according to client needs, ensuring punctuality, quality, and compliance with standards.

• Optimize available resources to improve service efficiency and reduce operating costs.

• Perform project follow-up, detecting potential incidents and resolving them in an agile and timely manner.

• Participate in internal and external meetings to review progress, coordinate actions, and resolve issues.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of processes that improve operational efficiency.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

Morning shift: from 7:00 to 14:00 or 13:00 (depending on needs, may be more or less).

Afternoon shift: from 15:00 or 16:00 to 22:00 or 23:00 approx.

Night shift: from 22:00 to 7:00 am approx.

Weekends: 2 weekends per month, depending on service needs.
