About the role
Grup Montaner is looking to add an Industrial Cleaning Team Leader to its team in Burgos for a leading company in the meat sector.
You will be responsible for leading and supervising cleaning and disinfection tasks at our client's facilities, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
What you'll do
- Supervise and carry out cleaning of production areas.
- Ensure the correct and controlled application of chemical products, strictly following the established cleaning and disinfection plans.
- Manage and coordinate the removal of organic waste and other waste materials efficiently and safely.
- Lead and motivate the cleaning team under your charge (4-6 people).
- Monitor and control the cleaning plans.
- Ensure the availability of necessary cleaning materials and equipment, managing their stock and maintenance.
