• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions or in industrial production environments involving machinery operation.
• Experience in operating forklifts (toro).
• Physical Condition: Active, dynamic person accustomed to performing physical exertion. Good general physical condition is required, without limitations that could affect the performance of loading and material handling tasks.
• Respiratory Health: It is essential not to have respiratory difficulties. The extrusion process generates dust in the work environment, so the use of a mask will be mandatory at all times.
• Professional Attitude: Committed, responsible, and punctual person. Punctuality is especially critical due to the uninterrupted nature of the extrusion machine's operation, as it is the only machine in the company that operates continuously.
• Learning Capacity: Willingness to learn and follow procedures.

Chemical Operator

Grup Montaner is looking to incorporate a Chemical Operator at a chemical sector factory located in Riudellots de la Selva.

Main functions:

• You will be responsible for the correct operation of our extrusion machinery, a key process for the manufacture of components for the automotive sector.
• Feeding the extruder machine via hoppers with solid raw material.
• Constant supervision of the extrusion process, ensuring the transformation of the material into small pellets according to the required quality standards.
• Performing physical loading tasks associated with the continuous supply of material to the machine, guaranteeing productive efficiency.
• Strict compliance with the production and quality procedures established by the company.

Schedules:

We offer a rotating shift system from Monday to Friday:

• Morning Shift: From 05:50 h to 14:00 h (Monday to Friday).
• Night Shift: From 21:50 h to 06:00 h (Sunday to Thursday).
• Afternoon Shift: From 13:50 h to 22:00 h (Monday to Thursday) and Fridays from 15:50 h to 19:30 h.
