The role

Join as a Maintenance Technician at a leading food company in Peñafiel and become part of a stable industrial project with growth potential. You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of the plant, minimizing downtime, and contributing to the continuous improvement of production processes.

What you'll do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and facilities.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical faults.
Carry out welding work and other technical interventions when necessary.
Monitor the condition of equipment and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance its reliability and performance.
Work closely with the production team to minimize downtime and incidents.
Record all actions taken and follow up on reported incidents.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
Previous experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in production environments.
Solid knowledge of industrial mechanics and electrical systems.
- Welding experience is valued.
Ability to diagnose issues and act independently and effectively.
Focus on continuous improvement, work quality, and problem-solving.
Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
Availability to work on-site in Peñafiel (Valladolid).
