Vacancy: Administrative Assistant, International DepartmentLocation: Tenerife

What you'll do

Functions:

Attend to individuals interested in the Hospital's private services.

Coordinate the first appointment for the interested party for the outpatient consultation.

Periodically evaluate new client satisfaction to identify improvement actions in the products/services provided.

Perform monthly control of patients seen, registration and reporting in CRM, verification of reports sent at month-end closing.

Carry out post-sale and post-surgical follow-ups.

Prepare corresponding reports.

Meet the sales target set.

Process financing arrangements for our clients.

Promote and maintain relationships with potential clients: identify needs, assess and prepare the proposal, participate in negotiation, follow-up, and closing.
