About the role

At Domingo Alonso Group we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor at Workshop in San Cristóbal de La Laguna, Tenerife to join our team.

What you'll do

  • Attend to and advise the customer at the workshop, thoroughly inspecting their vehicle to identify the services required.
  • Track the status of vehicles at the workshop, keeping customers informed through the required digital channels.
  • Perform the final vehicle check before delivery to the customer: cleanliness, general condition, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the workshop's technical team, acting as a liaison between the customer and the Back Office to streamline repairs and improve service
  • Advise the customer on loyalty programs, accessories, and ongoing promotions at the workshop.
  • Prepare estimates, issue invoices and manage their collection.
  • Prepare the manufacturer's maintenance lists and explain them to the customer.
  • Handle insurance assessors and policies.
