At Hospital El Pilar we offer you the opportunity to participate in the transformation of the Hospital as part of the leading Hospital Group in Spain. Reporting directly to Management, you will play a decisive role in the evolution toward a more agile, integrated, and patient-centered model. Your mission will be to ensure that all non-clinical hospital operations run efficiently, coordinated, and results-oriented, ensuring a smooth and frictionless care flow; and to do so, you will be responsible, among other functions, for:

  1. Global operational control:

Supervising hospital activity in real time (schedules, operating rooms, times, incidents)

Detecting and resolving deviations and bottlenecks

  1. Team leadership:

Managing key administrative areas (Admissions, External Consultations, Pre-admissions, Emergency)

Aligning teams and dynamically managing resources

  1. Cross-functional coordination:

Effective integration among consultations, diagnostic tests, emergency, hospitalization, and surgery

Resolving operational conflicts between areas

  1. Data-driven management:

Monitoring KPIs (activity, waiting lists, no-shows, performance)
