2nd Manager/Restaurant Manager (20h split shift)

• Management of staff, shift distribution, and direct support in operations (bar, kitchen, or front of house).
• Receiving merchandise, traceability control, and stock/waste management.
• Supervision, correction of operations, and training of store staff.
• Resolving issues during shifts and promoting suggestive selling.

• Dynamic profile, with initiative and maturity to lead shifts.
• No prior experience in the position is required, but a capacity for learning and a sense of responsibility are.
• Must have own vehicle or guaranteed transportation after the Marineda shopping center closes (exit between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM).

• Contract: Permanent part-time (20 hours/week + usual additional hours).
• Shifts: Possibility of agreeing on fixed days (requires more than 70% of shifts in the evening/closing schedule) or rotating shifts.
• Salary according to the collective agreement, with review and salary increase upon consolidation of the position.

• Gestión de plantilla, distribución del equipo en turno y apoyo directo en operativa (barra, cocina u office).
• Recepción de mercancía, control de trazabilidad y gestión de stock/mermas.
• Supervisión, corrección de operativa y formación del personal del local.
• Resolución de incidencias en turno y fomento de venta sugerida.

• Perfil dinámico, con iniciativa y madurez para liderar turnos.
• No se requiere experiencia previa en el puesto, pero sí capacidad de aprendizaje y sentido de la responsabilidad.
• Disponer de vehículo propio o medio de transporte garantizado tras el cierre del centro comercial Marineda (salida entre las 00:00 h y la 01:00 h).

• Contrato: Indefinido a tiempo parcial (20 horas/semana + horas complementarias habituales).
• Turnos: Posibilidad de acordar días fijos de trabajo (requiere más del 70% de turnos en horario de tarde/cierre) o bien turnos rotativos.
• Salario según convenio, con revisión y subida salarial al consolidar el puesto.
