2nd Restaurant Manager (30h per week)

• Coordinating shift staff and providing ongoing support for daily operations on the ground.
• Receiving and controlling stock, raw materials, and product traceability.
• Supervising and providing ongoing training for the front-of-house/bar/kitchen team.
• Resolving minor issues and driving sales.

• Profile: proactive, decisive, and mature, able to coordinate and supervise teams autonomously.
• Previous experience is not essential.
• Own transport is essential for the return journey after the closing shift.

• Contract: Permanent part-time (30 hours/week + regular additional hours).
• Shifts: Rotating schedules (availability for mornings and afternoons).
• Initial salary according to the collective agreement, with a review and salary increase upon consolidation of the position.

• Coordinación de personal en turno y apoyo constante a la operativa diaria desde el terreno.
• Recepción y control de stock, materias primas y trazabilidad alimentaria.
• Supervisión y formación continua del equipo de sala/barra/cocina.
• Resolución de incidencias leves e impulso de ventas.

• Perfil activo, resolutivo y con madurez para coordinar y supervisar equipos de forma autónoma.
• No es imprescindible experiencia previa.
• Imprescindible contar con transporte propio para la vuelta tras el turno de cierre.

• Contrato: Indefinido a tiempo parcial (30 horas/semana + horas complementarias habituales).
• Turnos: Horarios rotativos (disponibilidad de mañanas y tardes).
• Salario inicial según convenio, con revisión y subida salarial al consolidar el puesto.
