Customer Service Advisor

From Randstad, we are looking to select a Customer Service Advisor to join MAPFRE ESPAÑA at their offices in Alzira (Pz. Corbeill-Essones, 1), under a temporary contract to cover for vacation leave.

What will you do?

The main duties of the position will be:

• Address customer needs and generate sales opportunities (direct sales, loyalty building, reactivation) through direct contact with office customers and the use of loyalty tools (Te Cuidamos).
• Provide administrative support to the Office Director and Technical-Commercial staff to increase office efficiency.
• Carry out telephone sales actions with the aim of reactivating former customers or cancellations.
• Attend to potential customers who visit the office seeking information to identify possible insurance needs.
• Process incidents affecting the insurance policies of portfolio customers, improve loyalty levels, and generate new opportunities.
• Handle commercial tasks derived from the SGC.
• Comply with the institutional and organizational principles of the MAPFRE group.

Experience:

Prior experience in customer service and/or target-based sales will be required, and prior experience in insurance companies will be highly valued.

• Technical knowledge of property and casualty products (auto, home, life insurance, etc.), as well as underwriting rules, will be valued. Knowledge of applications and the Mapfre Commercial Network. Proficiency in telephone techniques.

Education and knowledge:

• University degree, Bachelor's degree or similar.

Desde Randstad buscamos seleccionar un/a Asesor/a de Clientes para incorporar en MAPFRE ESPAÑA, en sus oficinas de Alzira (Pz. Corbeill-Essones, 1), mediante un contrato temporal por sustitución de vacaciones.

¿Qué vas a hacer?

Las principales funciones del puesto serán:

• Atender las necesidades de los clientes y generar oportunidades de venta ( venta directa, fidelización, reactivación) a través del contacto directo con los clientes de la oficina y el uso de herramientas de fidelización ( Te Cuidamos ).
• Prestar soporte administrativo al Director de la Oficina y a los Técnicos -Comerciales para aumentar la eficiencia de la Oficina.
• Ejecutar acciones comerciales telefónicas con el objetivo de reactivar antiguos clientes o anulaciones.
• Atender a los clientes potenciales que acuden a la Oficina pidiendo información para detectar posibles necesidades aseguradoras.
• Tramitar incidencias que afectan a los seguros de los clientes de cartera, mejorar el grado de fidelización y generar nuevas oportunidades.
• Gestiones comerciales derivadas del SGC.
• Cumplir los principios institucionales y organizativos del grupo MAPFRE.

Experiencia:

Será necesario contar con experiencia previa en funciones de atención al cliente y/o venta por objetivos, y muy valorable aportar experiencia previa en compañías aseguradoras.

• Será valorable aportar conocimientos técnicos en los productos de patrimoniales ( autos, hogar, decesos, etc. ), así como de las normas de suscripción. Conocimiento de los aplicativos y de la Red Comercial de Mapfre. Manejo de las técnicas de uso del teléfono.

Formación y conocimientos:

• Titulación universitaria, Licenciatura/Grado o similar.
