In this entry-level role, you will support our Customer Success team in managing a portfolio of global accounts. • Client Education: Help create and update user guides, tutorials, and training resources. Assist in conducting product walkthroughs for end-users.

  • Data & Reporting: Extract data and assist in preparing basic performance reports using business intelligence tools to showcase value to clients.

  • CRM & Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate client records in our CRM (HubSpot) and support internal workflow optimizations.

  • Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn new software tools independently. Proficiency in Google Suite is required; familiarity with CRMs (like HubSpot) or basic data tools is a strong plus.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable speaking in front of clients and hosting short video meetings.

  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Proactive attitude toward problem-solving with a structured approach to daily tasks.
