Banking Sales Telephone Advisor (Catalan)

Languages: Bilingual or native level of Catalan.

Experience: Minimum 6 months in commercial, telesales, or customer service positions.

Profile and attitudes: Results orientation, great verbal fluency, proactivity, and ease in managing objections.

Availability: Immediate start.

Salary: 8.86 — gross/hour + language bonus and an attractive incentive system based on sales objectives.

Working day and schedule: Afternoon shift of 22 hours per week (Monday to Thursday from 16:00 to 21:00 h and Friday from 16:00 to 18:00 h), with an option for a 30-hour working day.

Contract: 4 months (permanent seasonal contract) with a real and direct possibility of joining the permanent staff.

Paid training: Initial 2-day course (starting Monday 28/09), under contract and paid from the first day.

Modality: 100% remote work in Avenida Manoteras, Madrid.
