Warehouse logistics operator (Alcobendas)

In your day-to-day role, you will be responsible for executing the full warehouse logistics operation at the central warehouse, focused on the mechanical movement of goods, with the following main responsibilities:

Operation of lifting machinery: operating forklifts and pallet jacks for receiving, relocating, and high-level storage of pallets and goods.

Supply and inventory: continuous replenishment and supply of product to the picking lines.

Loading and unloading transport: managing the mechanical loading and unloading of delivery and supplier trucks.

Recording and computerizing operations: using SAP (MM/SD modules) to manage waybills/delivery notes, reading and recording via radiofrequency (RF), and basic operational use of Excel.

Quality assurance and safe handling: strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and preservation standards in the handling of food and sanitary products.

Education: Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO). Vocational training (FP) in Logistics and Transport will be highly valued.

Required certifications: Valid forklift license (essential). Possession of a food handler certificate will also be valued.

Required experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience operating forklifts, in warehouse operations, and in high-level storage of goods.

Technical skills: Operational proficiency in SAP (MM/SD modules), fluent use of radiofrequency terminals, and basic/operational level of Microsoft Excel.

Key competencies: Organizational skills, rigor, strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, and ability to work in a team.

Contract type: Permanent discontinuous contract, commercial, full-time (40 hours per week).

Start date: August 17, 2026.

Salary: Fixed annual salary of €24,000 gross (with proportional base as stated in the collective agreement/application).

Schedule: Rotating shift of 40 hours per week, distributed Monday to Sunday, with a usual schedule of 07:00 to 15:00 (with variation to a 09:00 to 18:00 shift on alternating Thursdays).

Location: Workplace located at Calle La Granja, 27 (Alcobendas, Madrid).

En tu día a día, serás la persona responsable de ejecutar la operativa logística integral del almacén central centrada en el movimiento mecánico de mercancías, desempeñando las siguientes responsabilidades principales:

Manejo de maquinaria de elevación: manejo de carretillas elevadoras y transpaletas para la recepción, reubicación y ubicación en altura de palets y mercancía.

Abastecimiento e inventario: reposición continua y suministro de producto a las líneas de picking.

Carga y descarga de transporte: gestión de la carga y descarga mecánica de camiones de reparto y proveedores.

Registro e informatización de operaciones: uso de SAP (módulos MM/SD) para la gestión de guías/albaranes, lectura y registro mediante radiofrecuencia (RF) y manejo operativo de Excel básico.

Garantía de calidad y manipulación segura: cumplimiento estricto de las normas de higiene, seguridad y preservación en el manejo de productos alimenticios y sanitarios.

Formación académica: Graduado en Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO) finalizado. Se valorará muy positivamente formación técnica en Formación Profesional (FP) de Logística y Transporte.

Acreditaciones obligatorias: Carnet vigente de carretilla elevadora (imprescindible). Se valorará contar adicionalmente con el carnet de manipulador de alimentos.

Experiencia requerida: Mínimo 1 año de experiencia acreditada en manejo de carretilla elevadora, operativa de almacén y ubicación de mercancías en altura.

Conocimientos técnicos: Dominio operativo en el uso de SAP (módulos MM y SD), manejo fluido de terminales de radiofrecuencia y nivel básico/operativo de Microsoft Excel.

Competencias clave: Capacidad de organización, responsabilidad, rigor en el cumplimiento de normativas de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, y habilidad para el trabajo en equipo.

Tipo de contrato: Contrato Fijo-Discontinuo mercantil a tiempo completo (40 horas semanales).

Fecha de incorporación: 17 de agosto de 2026.

Retribución salarial: Retribución fija anual de 24.000 — brutos anuales (con base proporcional informada en convenio/solicitud).

Jornada y horario: Cuadrante de 40 horas semanales distribuido de lunes a domingo en horario habitual de 07:00 h a 15:00 h (con variación a turno de 09:00 h a 18:00 h en jueves alternos).
