VTC Driver - Full-time (40h/week) late-night shift (Madrid)

Your Role in the Team

You will be the driving force behind the customer experience. Your mission will be to pick up passengers on time and ensure they enjoy a comfortable, safe, and efficient journey to their destination.

Valid type B driver's license with 8 points or more.

Driving experience: at least 2 years since obtaining your license.

We positively value your ease of use with navigators (such as Waze) and your knowledge of Madrid's streets.

No prior education required; we value your attitude, responsibility, and treatment of people.

Stability: Permanent contract directly with the client company.

Attractive salary package: Fixed salary of €1,442.14

Tu Rol en el equipo

Serás el motor de la experiencia del cliente. Tu misión será recoger a los pasajeros con puntualidad y asegurar que disfruten de un trayecto cómodo, seguro y eficiente hasta su destino.

Carnet de conducir tipo B en vigor, con un saldo de 8 puntos o más.

Experiencia al volante: mínimo 2 años de antigüedad en tu carnet.

Valoramos positivamente tu soltura utilizando navegadores (como Waze) y tu conocimiento de las calles de Madrid.

No requerimos estudios previos; valoramos tu actitud, responsabilidad y trato hacia las personas.

Estabilidad: Contrato indefinido directamente con la empresa cliente.

Atractivo paquete salarial: Sueldo fijo de 1442,14

• brutos/mes + Incentivos mensuales por facturación + Propinas.

Desconexión garantizada: 2 días de descanso fijos a la semana (Domingo y Lunes).
