What you'll do
Financial and Analytical Control: Analysis of project/construction accounting and cost centers, monitoring margins, execution schedule and variances (actual vs. budget). Early identification of financial risks (cost overruns).

Control Financiero y Analítico: Análisis de contabilidad financiera por proyecto/obra y centro de coste, haciendo seguimiento de márgenes, calendario de ejecución y desviaciones (real vs. presupuesto). Identificación temprana de riesgos financieros (sobrecostes).
Reporting y Tesorería: Elaboración periódica de la cuenta de resultados analítica, previsión de Cash Flow y KPIs financieros y de proyectos para Dirección, bancos y auditoría.
Digitalización y Procesos: Rol protagonista e interlocutor principal con la Dirección y el partner tecnológico para la implantación de herramientas de tesorería, BI, gestión de gastos y circuitos de aprobación de facturas y pagos.
