Sales Assistant (25h/Week)

Do you have experience as a sales assistant? At Randstad, we are looking for candidates like you.

Greet the customer: Welcome them kindly from the moment they enter the store.

Advise on fashion: Help them combine outfits, suggest sizes or styles, and answer questions.

Monitor fitting rooms: Supervise access to the fitting rooms, count the items that go in and out, and tidy up the clothes left there.

Manage exchanges and returns: Process exchange tickets, refunds, or vouchers according to the store's rules.

Cashier and Payment: Use the point-of-sale (POS) terminal to collect payments in cash or by card.

Packing: Fold the clothes properly and place them in bags.

Cash reconciliation: Count the money at the start or end of your shift to balance the day's payments.

Order and Stock Maintenance

Restock merchandise: Bring new clothes from the stockroom and place them on the racks and shelves.

Tag items: Attach security devices to new clothes before displaying them to the public.

Organize and fold: Keep the tables, shelves, and mannequins tidy and visually appealing.

Clean the premises: Maintain the general hygiene of the establishment.

Experience in the textile sector.

Immediate start

People skills.

Part-time contract of 25 hours per week.

Salary according to the textile trade agreement.

Recibir al cliente: Dar la bienvenida con amabilidad desde el momento en que entra a la tienda.

Asesorar en moda: Ayudar a combinar prendas, sugerir tallas o estilos y resolver dudas.

Controlar probadores: Vigilar el acceso a los probadores, contar las prendas que entran y salen, y ordenar la ropa dejada allí.

Gestionar cambios y devoluciones: Tramitar tickets de cambio, devoluciones de dinero o vales según las normas de la tienda.

Caja y Cobro Cobrar artículos: Utilizar el terminal de punto de venta (TPV) para cobrar en efectivo o con tarjeta.

Empaquetar: Doblar la ropa de forma adecuada y colocarla en bolsas.

Arqueo de caja: Contar el dinero al abrir o cerrar el turno para cuadrar los pagos del día.

Orden y Mantenimiento del Stock

Reponer mercancía: Sacar ropa nueva del almacén y colocarla en los percheros y estanterías.

Alarmar prendas: Colocar los dispositivos de seguridad a la ropa nueva antes de exponerla al público.

Organizar y doblar: Mantener las mesas, estantes y maniquíes ordenados y visualmente atractivos.

Limpiar el local: Cuidar la higiene general del establecimiento
