About the role

An exciting challenge that will allow you to experience what customers go through when they visit one of our offices in Madrid, offer customers a welcoming experience that positively reflects the ING image, and help them move their in-office experience into the digital world

What you'll do

Greeting customers at the office and directing them to the appropriate area based on their needs: ATMs, self-service stations, or the desk

Assisting customers at self-service stations
