What you'll do

Your main objective will be to ensure the definition, standardization, and optimization of production processes and their associated times. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Analysis and optimization: Study the times and methods (time measurement, MTM) of operations to calculate manufacturing capacity, defining standards and operational sequences.
  • Cross-functional development: Create and implement common tools and methodologies so that all company plants carry out time measurement and manufacturing engineering in the same way.
  • Documentation management: Develop and maintain technical manufacturing documentation (from design and prototype to final product).
  • Lean improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED) focused on the product, prepare productivity reports, and manage data in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Teamcenter).
  • Work transversally and collaboratively with the production, quality, and engineering departments.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering, Industrial Technologies Engineering, Manufacturing/Process Engineering, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. (Note: Other engineering degrees will be considered if you have solid experience in product manufacturing).
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing engineering, development, and process optimization.
  • Languages: Upper-intermediate level of English (B2).
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Teamcenter, Power BI, and training in Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement will be valued.
