Structural Calculation Engineer – Building Construction

At RDT we continue to grow and are looking to bring on board a Structural Calculation Engineer to take part in a stable project within the field of building engineering.

What will be your main responsibilities?

• Design and calculation of structures for industrial and tertiary building projects.

• Preparation of technical reports and calculation annexes.

• Development of measurements and support in the preparation of budgets.

• Definition and review of structural solutions, ensuring compliance with current regulations.

• Coordination with the different engineering teams involved in the project.

If you are looking for a new professional challenge in the field of structural calculation and want to keep growing through benchmark projects, we want to meet you.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Channels, Ports and Roads), Industrial Engineering, Architecture or Technical Architecture.

• Minimum experience of 5 years in the design and calculation of building structures, with at least 3 years developing projects in Spain.

• Solid knowledge in the calculation of concrete and steel structures, as well as foundations, retaining walls, slabs and beams.

• Proficiency in structural calculation tools, with experience in CYPE especially valued.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Presto, Microsoft Office and, valued additionally, Microsoft Project.

• Valuable English level.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?

• Diseño y cálculo de estructuras para proyectos de edificación industrial y terciaria.

• Elaboración de memorias técnicas y anejos de cálculo.

• Desarrollo de mediciones y apoyo en la elaboración de presupuestos.

• Definición y revisión de soluciones estructurales, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente.

• Coordinación con los diferentes equipos de ingeniería implicados en el proyecto.

Si buscas un nuevo reto profesional en el ámbito del cálculo de estructuras y quieres seguir creciendo en proyectos de referencia, queremos conocerte.

• Titulación en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos, Ingeniería Industrial, Arquitectura o Arquitectura Técnica.

• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en diseño y cálculo de estructuras de edificación, con al menos 3 años desarrollando proyectos en España.

• Conocimientos sólidos en cálculo de estructuras de hormigón y metálicas, así como en cimentaciones, contenciones, forjados y losas.

• Manejo de herramientas de cálculo estructural, valorándose especialmente experiencia con CYPE.

• Conocimientos de AutoCAD, Presto, Microsoft Office y, de forma valorable, Microsoft Project.

• Nivel de inglés valorable.
