About the role

Your main duties will be:

Transmit the top 5 production defects that come up each day so that all GAPs know what needs to be improved on a daily basis.

Participate in the analysis of potential issues with the client and the supplier to reach a common criterion for borderline parts and act accordingly in quality assurance.

Carry out visual inspections against acceptance patterns or catalogs to ensure that raw materials and finished products meet customer requirements.

Support function for GAPs in problem-solving at the GAP level.

Collaborate in the training, validation, and follow-up of operators to drive continuous improvement in both product and process.

Handle the quality portion of the onboarding plan for new operators.

Monitor internal defects by shift and defects reported by the customer to drive continuous improvement in both product and process.

Analyze and resolve issues on-site, with the ability to take initial containment actions.

Conduct product audits.
