Cleaning and Equipment Management Worker

Are you looking for a stable job in an industrial environment where your work is key to the smooth running of day-to-day operations? We are looking for a cleaning and operational maintenance professional to join immediately an important company in the area.

Cleaning and maintenance of spaces: Daily cleaning of offices, dining rooms (after breakfast and after lunch) and restrooms. Periodic maintenance of the new warehouse offices and deep cleaning of changing rooms.

Management of PPE and supplies: Daily replenishment of paper, soap and protective materials (masks, gloves, caps, boots). Control of PPE safety stock and notification of purchases to the Quality team.

Organization and management of materials: Maintenance and labeling of individual PPE lockers and cabinets (management of staff additions/removals), monthly cleaning of lockers and scheduled weekly cleaning of safety footwear.

Support for production and external areas: Maintenance of detergent in hygiene steps, spot vacuuming of the production room during breaks, cleaning of pallets or tools as needed and maintenance of the entrance/yard area.

Previous experience in industrial cleaning, office cleaning or management of auxiliary services.

Responsible, autonomous, highly organized person with attention to detail.

Residence in Olot or Garrotxa county is desirable.

Availability for immediate incorporation.

Job stability: Initial hiring through a temp agency with direct incorporation into the company's payroll.

Conciliatory schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with 30 minutes for lunch).

Friday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Salary: According to the collective agreement of the user company.

Neteja i manteniment d'espais: Neteja diària d'oficines, menjadors (post-esmorzar i post-dinar) i lavabos. Manteniment periòdic de les oficines del nou magatzem i neteja a fons de vestidors.

Gestió d'EPIs i subministraments: Reposició diària de paper, sabó i material de protecció (mascaretes, guants, gorros, peücs). Control de l'estoc de seguretat d'EPIs i avís de compres a l'equip de Qualitat.

Organització i gestió de material: Manteniment i etiquetatge de guixetes i armaris individuals d'EPIs (gestió d'altes/baixes de personal), neteja mensual de guixetes i neteja setmanal programada de calçat de seguretat.

Suport a producció i exteriors: Manteniment del detergent als passos higiènics, aspiració puntual de la sala de producció durant les pauses, neteja de palets o eines puntuals i manteniment de la zona d'entrada/pati.

Experiència prèvia en neteja industrial, d'oficines o gestió de serveis auxiliars.

Persona responsable, autònoma, molt organitzada i amb atenció al detall.

Valorable residència a Olot o comarca de la Garrotxa.

Disponibilitat per a incorporació immediata.

Estabilitat laboral: Contractació inicial per ETT amb incorporació directa a plantilla d'empresa.

Horari conciliador:

De dilluns a dijous: de 8:00h a 17:00h (amb 30 minuts per dinar).

Divendres: de 10:00h a 16:00h.

Salari: Segons conveni col·lectiu de l'empresa usuària.
