Production Supervisor (Chemistry)

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an important multinational company in the chemical sector, which has various production centers both nationally and internationally, and which needs to hire, for its facility located in the La Garrotxa area, a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR.

The selected person will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the proper functioning of the production shift, leading the team:

• Ensuring compliance with defined work standards (safety, hygiene, maintenance, processes, quality, logistics, and Lean)

• Monitoring indicators and managing the resolution of incidents

• Managing the team and shift organization (breaks, staffing, vacations, permits, absences)

• Handling the training and development of people, encouraging them to improve process performance.

• Managing continuous improvement, leading the overall site plan and documentation

• Permanent contract directly with the company

• Holding a key position within the organization, with autonomy and decision-making capacity

• Being part of an environment where management bets on talent and recognizes individual contributions

• Work environment oriented towards continuous improvement and innovation

• Good working environment

• You have a university degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

• You have at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial or financial controlling, preferably in industrial or B2B environments

• You have advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.)

• You have the ability to structure processes, organize information, and create systematic work methods

• You enjoy working cross-functionally with different teams and operational areas

La persona seleccionada s'encarregarà de supervisar i garantir el bon funcionament del torn productiu, liderant l'equip:

• Asseguraràs el compliment dels estàndards de treball definits (seguretat, higiene, manteniment, processos, qualitat, logística i Lean)

• Faràs el seguiment d'indicadors i gestionaràs la resolució d'incidències

• Gestionaràs l'equip i la organització del torn (descansos, efectius, vacances, permisos, absències)

• T'ocuparàs de la formació i el desenvolupament de les persones, animant-los a millorar el rendiment dels processos.

• Gestionaràs la millora contínua, pilotant el pla global del centre i la documentació

• Contracte estable i directe per empresa

• Ocupar una posició clau dins l'organització, amb autonomia i capacitat de decisió

• Formar part d'un entorn on la direcció aposta pel talent i reconeix les aportacions individuals

• Entorn de treball orientat a la millora contínua i a la innovació

• Bon ambient de treball

• Disposes de formació universitària en Enginyeria Industrial, Química, Mecànica, ADE o similar

• Tens una experiència mínima de 3-5 anys en controlling comercial o financer, preferiblement en entorns industrials o B2B

• Domines Excel avançat i eines de Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.)

• Tens capacitat per estructurar processos, ordenar informació i crear sistemàtiques de treball

• T'agrada treballar de manera transversal amb diferents equips i àrees operatives
