Production Operator

Do you have experience in the industrial sector and with machinery operation? We are looking for talent like yours to join immediately a stable project within a dynamic industrial environment.

Feeding and unloading production machinery.

Moving, positioning, and internal transport of goods using a forklift.

Support with stock control and organization of the warehouse/plant.

Previous experience: At least 1 to 2 years in the industrial sector or manufacturing plants.

Licenses and certifications: Valid forklift license and demonstrable experience operating a counterbalance forklift.

Nice to have: Possession of an overhead crane license and experience will be highly valued.

Skills: Proactivity, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety regulations.

Working hours: Full-time.

Schedule: Weekly rotating shifts (Morning, Afternoon, and Night).

Location: Excellent facilities very close to the center of Alcalá de Henares (easy access).

Compensation: Salary according to the industrial collective agreement + real possibility of working overtime.

Alimentación y descarga de maquinaria de producción.

Movimiento, ubicación y transporte interno de mercancía mediante carretilla elevadora.

Apoyo en el control de stock y organización del almacén/planta.

Experiencia previa: Al menos 1 a 2 años en el sector industrial o plantas de fabricación.

Licencias y carnets: Carnet de carretillero/a en vigor y experiencia demostrable en el manejo de carretilla frontal.

Valorables: Se valorará muy positivamente contar con carnet y experiencia en puente grúa.

Competencias: Proactividad, trabajo en equipo y compromiso con las normas de seguridad laboral.

Jornada: Completa.

Horarios: Turnos rotativos semanales (Mañana, Tarde y Noche).

Ubicación: Excelentes instalaciones muy cerca del centro de Alcalá de Henares (fácil acceso).

Retribución: Salario según convenio industrial + posibilidad real de realizar horas extras.
