Industrial Worker - Painting and Soundproofing Area

You will be part of the painting and acoustic insulation section, performing manual production tasks:

• Handling loads: Hanging and unhanging industrial parts on the lines (with a strong physical component).
• Acoustic insulation by hand: Precise covering of parts using soundproofing material.
• Assembly: Use of simple hand tools, mainly rivet guns, to fasten components.
• Maintaining order and safety in your workplace.

Experience: Previous work in warehouses, logistics, or factories will be valued (even if brief!). What matters is your attitude and willingness to learn.

Good physical condition: Ability to perform tasks requiring strength, endurance, and manual dexterity due to the weight of the parts.

Availability: Full flexibility to adapt to shift schedules and night hours.

A big plus! If you have a valid forklift license, we want to hear from you!

Competitive salary according to the Industrial Agreement + corresponding night shift bonus.

Structured and planned hiring so you can organize your summer.

From the start until 05/07: Fixed morning shift.

From 06/07 to 31/07: Change to fixed night shift (from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).

From 01/08 to 23/08: Plant shutdown for vacation.

From 24/08 to 15/09: Return for the September campaign.

Initial training and a safe work environment with all prevention measures.

Formarás parte de la sección de pintura y aislamiento acústico, realizando tareas manuales de producción:

• Manipulación de cargas: Colgar y descolgar piezas industriales en las líneas (puesto con un fuerte componente físico).
• Insonorizado manual: Forrado preciso de piezas utilizando material fonoabsorbente.
• Montaje: Uso de herramientas manuales sencillas, principalmente la remachadora, para la fijación de los componentes.
• Mantenimiento del orden y la seguridad en tu puesto de trabajo.

Experiencia: Se valorará positivamente haber trabajado en almacenes, logística o fábricas (¡aunque sea de forma breve!). Lo importante es tu actitud y ganas de aprender.

Buena condición física: Capacidad para realizar tareas que requieren fuerza, resistencia y agilidad manual debido al peso de las piezas.

Disponibilidad horaria: Flexibilidad total para adaptarte al calendario de turnos y al horario nocturno.

¡Un gran plus! Si tienes el carné de carretillero/a en vigor, ¡queremos saberlo!

Salario competitivo según Convenio Industrial + Plus de nocturnidad correspondiente.

Contratación estructurada y planificada para que puedas organizarte el verano.

Desde el inicio hasta el 05/07: Turno fijo de mañanas.

Del 06/07 al 31/07: Cambio a turno fijo de noches (de 22:00 a 06:00 h).

Del 01/08 al 23/08: Parada de la planta por vacaciones.

Del 24/08 al 15/09: Reincorporación para la campaña de septiembre.

Formación inicial y un entorno de trabajo seguro con todas las medidas de prevención.
