Production Operator with Disability Certificate

Do you have experience in production line positions in the food sector? At Fundación Randstad we are looking for you

You will be able to perform the duties within these three areas:

KITCHEN POSITION: positions where the tortilla mixture is made, so they do require lifting loads; these positions require a training period.

PACKAGING POSITION: involves repetitive movements, as it basically consists of picking up tortillas from a conveyor belt with a spatula, without the tortilla crumbling, and placing the tortillas into a "hole" where they are packaged.

BOXING POSITION: consists of making boxes and placing the tortillas into the boxes, with a fairly high work pace since the tortillas move quite fast.

ESSENTIAL to hold a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%

Own vehicle required to get to the workplace

Previous experience working in industrial environments, factories, or production lines.

Versatility: Great ability to adapt to changing positions and duties according to shift needs.

Skill and Attention: Manual dexterity for assembly and visual acuity to detect defects during quality control.

Teamwork: Collaborative attitude and good communication to report incidents to shift supervisors.

• Salary above the minimum wage
• 6 days of work and 1 day off, with 1 full free week per month.

Podrás desempeñar las funciones dentro de estas tres zonas:

PUESTO DE COCINA: puestos donde se hace la mezcla de la tortilla por lo que sí requieren coger cargas, estos puestos requieren un tiempo de formación.

PUESTO DE ENVASADO: hay movimientos repetitivos ya que más o menos consiste en coger las tortillas de una cinta con una pala, sin que la tortilla se desmorone, y meter las tortillas en un "agujero" donde se envasa.

PUESTO DE ENCAJADO: consiste en hacer cajas, y meter las tortillas en las cajas, con un el ritmo de trabajo bastante alto ya que las tortillas van bastante rápido.

IMPRENSCINDIBLE estar en posesión del certificado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33%

Necesario vehículo propio para llegar al puesto de trabajo

Experiencia previa trabajando en entornos industriales, fábricas o líneas de producción.

Polivalencia: Gran capacidad de adaptación para cambiar de puesto y de funciones según las necesidades del turno.

Destreza y Atención: Agilidad manual para el ensamblaje y agudeza visual para detectar fallos durante el control de calidad.

Trabajo en equipo: Actitud colaborativa y buena comunicación para reportar incidencias a los encargados de turno.
