Mission:

Ensure the correct brewing, conditioning, and packaging of beer, ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, and hygiene standards, by carrying out production operations, process control, data recording, and logistical support at the brewery and pilot plant, contributing to the efficient fulfillment of production plans.

What you'll do

Tasks:

  • Weighing ingredients according to the specified recipe and performing brews and filtrations according to the schedule.
  • Monitoring the ongoing fermentation and maturation process, as well as adding necessary ingredients.
  • Calculating adjustments and conditioning the beer based on analyses and recipes.
  • Maintenance and internal cleaning (CIP) of the brewhouse, tanks, and filters.
  • Packaging operations: support in the startup and inspection of the packaging hall, manual packaging of small batches in the pilot plant, and packaging in Key Keg.
  • Final conditioning tasks: pasteurization, labeling, and boxing of small batches in the pilot plant.
  • Materials and logistics management: receiving bulk beer and preparing orders.
  • Data and records management: daily entry of operational information into ERP, Excel, and quality control records.
  • Extracting and sending samples to the Hijos de Rivera laboratory.
  • Direct support to the pilot plant manager in assigned tasks.
  • Maintaining order and continuous cleanliness throughout the pilot plant facilities.

What we're looking for

  • Ideally, a Vocational Training qualification (Intermediate or Advanced) in areas such as Maintenance, Industrial Chemistry, Processes and Quality in the Food Industry, or similar.
  • Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts (6:00 AM-2:00 PM and 2:00 PM-10:00 PM).
  • Availability for relatively immediate start under temporary employment arrangements.
  • Residence in Chantada or nearby areas.

Valuable:

  • Previous experience in an industrial environment, in manufacturing processes; ideally in the food industry.
  • Food handler and forklift operator certificates, as well as experience operating a counterbalance forklift.

How you'll work
