We are looking for a Newly Graduated Tourism Manager with English for our offices in Chantada / Lugo, with bus service from Ourense, Monforte de Lemos, O Carballiño and Lalín.

What will you be responsible for?

-Forge strong commercial ties with the hotels in your portfolio.

-Optimize inventory, availability and competitiveness of rates offered through the Central Reservations System.

-Negotiate terms with the aim of maximizing conversion and ensuring the best competitiveness index for the hotels in the assigned portfolio.

-Analyze demand data and booking patterns through internal tools, in order to adapt the contracted product to the demand of the agency network.

-Advising on online marketing and direct sales.

-Identify business opportunities in terms of new products, offers or any other service in coordination with the department manager and the Business Acceleration area.

What are we looking for?

-Education: University degree in Tourism or similar, Higher Vocational Training in Travel Agencies or Tourist Accommodation.

-Analytical profile and commercial skills with a clear results orientation.

-Organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Languages: A high level of English is essential, and other languages are highly valued.

-In addition, experience in hotels or travel agencies will be valued.

Buscamos un/a Gestor Turístico Recién Titulado con Ingles para nuestras oficinas de Chantada / Lugo, con bus desde Ourense, Monforte de Lemos, O Carballiño y Lalín.

¿De qué serás responsable?

-Forjar fuertes lazos comerciales con los hoteles de tu cartera.

-Optimizar el inventario, disponibilidad y competitividad de tarifas ofrecidas a través de la Central de Reservas.

-Negociar condiciones con el objetivo de maximizar la conversión y asegurar el mejor índice de competitividad de los hoteles de la cartera asignada.

-Analizar los datos de demanda y patrones de reserva a través de herramientas internas, con el fin de adecuar el producto contratado a la demanda del network de agencias.

-Asesoramiento en materia de marketing online y venta directa.

-Detectar oportunidades de negocios en términos de nuevos productos, ofertas o cualquier otro servicio en coordinación con el responsable de departamento y con el área de Business Acceleration.

¿Qué buscamos?

-Estudios: Grado universitario en Turismo o similar, FP Superior en Agencias de Viajes o Alojamientos Turísticos.

-Perfil analítico y dotes comerciales con clara orientación a resultados.

-Habilidades organizativas y atención a los detalles.

-Idiomas: Imprescindible nivel alto de ingles y muy valorable otros idiomas.

-Además, se valorará la experiencia en hoteles o en agencias de viaje.
