• Customer service and assistance.
• Coordination with reception and other hotel departments.
• Management of cancellations, no-shows, and modifications.
• Supervision of prepayments and credit card authorizations.
• Management of agency commissions.
• Preparation of quotes and customized budgets.
• Control of segmentation and correct billing according to the hotel's commercial agreements.
• Management and processing of reservations.

• Degree in Tourism or similar.
• Advanced level of English; knowledge of other languages is valued.
• Previous experience in the hotel reservations department.

We are looking for a Reservations Agent for our offices in Lugo, Chantada.

• Atención y asesoramiento al cliente.
• Coordinación con recepción y otros departamentos del hotel.
• Control de cancelaciones, no-shows y modificaciones.
• Supervisión de prepagos y autorizaciones de tarjetas de crédito.
• Gestión de comisiones de agencias.
• Elaboración de cotizaciones y presupuestos personalizados.
• Control de la segmentación y correcta facturación según acuerdos comerciales del hotel.
• Gestión y procesamiento de reservas.

• Formación en Turismo o similar.
• Nivel avanzado de inglés, valorable el conocimiento de otros idiomas.
• Experiencia previa en el departamento de reservas hoteleras.
